If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered a "Designer's Choice", asking for something bright and cheerful for a family with small children. Wow, did they deliver! The flowers were eye-popping bright and fresh, and delivered the same day. I was very pleased with both the arrangement and the price.
